The founders and owners of FRINA Tenerife, Irina and Frederick Saltmarsh are a couple bringing together a rich diversity of nationalities, cultures and business experiences. Irina, coming originally from Russia, possesses over 10 years of international business experience in various positions within sales and account management working for a world leading manufacturing services provider for the telecommunications industry. Through her international career working in Sweden, Germany and Switzerland Irina has not only gathered a unique experience of working with different cultures, but also broadened her language skills.  Frederick, a son of an English father and a Dutch mother, was raised in Switzerland naturally combining in him all three nationalities and speaking English, German and Dutch as native languages. Apart from his cosmopolitan nature Frederick also brings over 20 years of business finance experience at international level of leading Swiss and multinational companies. His career covers various positions from middle to top level management within automotive and telecommunications industries.

With the joint idea of business ownership as a long-standing target, Irina and Frederick came first to the island in a search for their own business in Tenerife. Turning for professional support to the established property and business agents in Tenerife we were however quite disappointed in the general level of service and attention provided to those wishing to make maybe their most important decision in life, buying a property or business. With the variety of properties and businesses in Tenerife, and even bigger variety of estate agents we still felt as though our requirements and expectations for our future business in Tenerife were not understood and our importance as a customer was neglected. This experience led us to the decision of forming FRINA Tenerife, an estate agency offering professional and a very customer-focused service to those who are looking to buy, further develop or sell businesses in Tenerife.
