Located on the main road in the idyllic resort town of Puerto de Santiago, just opposite the beautiful beach this café has it all to be successful: prime location, lots of passing trade and a good internal size giving wide possibilities for its development.
The café has a well equipped kitchen and a nicely outfitted bar, offering a wide selection of draft beers. The inside seats at the moment 22 people, which can easily be  extended by utilizing all the available space. The front terrace has a seating for further 16 and there are 12 seats on the rear terrace. From both terraces one enjoys the beautiful sea view.
Operating during the day and evening hours this bar-cafeteria offers a light snack menu, friendly atmosphere and a light entertainment based on the 60s-70s music which proved to be a big success  and made this café quite a unique place in the area.
Current owners live just a stone’s throw away and will be available if required during the transition period to help the new owners establish successfully.
